After losing 120lbs myself I realized just how much my life had changed for the better. This journey inspired me to become a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I wanted to help others experience the same positive transformation that I did.
Through hard work and dedication, I got myself certified and now use my story to motivate and guide others on their fitness journeys.
My goal is to show everyone that with determination, support, and some help, they can achieve their goals too.

Look Good, Feel Good
Workout plan that is designed to help you develop basic fitness and strength while getting toned. The program is 12 weeks long and is for intermediate levels. It includes exercises such as goblet squats, leg curls, chest presses, seated rows, dumbbell shoulder presses, lat pulldowns, planks, and 45-degree back extensions

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet. It is 60 pages, 3 phases of workouts, recipes, and nutritional guide as well as macros guidance.
